about

Sleep Therapy - an experiment with electroencephalography technology.

The dominant frequency in the brain's EEG pattern determines the current state of the brain. For example, If the amplitude of the Theta range frequencies is highest, then the brain is said to be in the Theta state. If external stimulus is applied to the brain, it becomes possible to entrain the brain frequency from one brain state to another (this phenomenon is called Frequency Following Response).

The purpose of the soundscapes of Sleep Therapy is to affect your brain's state to achieve a change of your sleeping behaviour, dreams and will - the result of this treatment is for you alone to experience.
The contents of these recordings are all ambient soundscapes to which EVP recordings and Theta / Delta frequencies have been added.
This is not entertainment.
